I will be posting a wealth of knowledge that will apply to today's market with none of the stuff that used to work years ago. While, I must admit my favorite kind of investing is options with wholesaling, flips, residential and commercial. You got to know this, it's not a secret, this is from the old school, you can buy real estate with no money or credit and I will prove it to ya.
